Message	:think its a good prelim. report to weed out the potentially negative cars. i've had plenty of searches pop up with multiple accidents, salvage title, odometer rollback, etc. yes its not foolproof but think it does the job well for what its worth. I agree with this. It should be used as the first step to determine whether any accidents have been reported. Then have the car inspected and so on...
